Production Coordinator
Detail-oriented, organised, client focused, must be able to multitask and be
fast learner. The Production Coordinator should be a great team player able to support the team
and projects across the different pipeline processes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate on project schedules.
Support the producer(s) with tasks.
Manage the production calender.
Coordinate resources and tasks for deadlines and quality.
Facilitate clear communication between teams and client
Assist in budget tracking and reporting.
Contribute to workflow optimisation.
Resolve production challenges for timely delivery.
Researching required on various scenes and assets
Contribute in process improvement initiatives to optimise production workflows.
Willing to train interns and juniors.
Be able to work on various software: Ftrack, Online scheduling and quoting tools, Google
Docs / Sheets,
Microsoft Office (Word / Excel).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related (or equivalent).
6 months- 1 year production coordination/production management.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Detail-focused with adaptability under pressure.
Collaborative, proactive problem-solving.
